Welcome to the dawning of a new era for 2-stroke exhaust technology. Developing our Single Pipe Set for the 850 Polaris engine has been a challenge to say the least. It has forced us to thoroughly evaluate every exhaust component and delve deeper into the details of how they work in tandem with each other (and the engine) to create power. As part of that process, we have discovered a new design that unleashes performance that has previously remained untapped. We call this patents pending design “Y-manifold Sonic Technology (YST)”™. You will notice that this groundbreaking SLP single pipe looks different from anything that we’ve built before. YST™ allows us to create an exhaust system that flows more productively by eliminating restrictions and more fully utilizing the sound wave benefits inherent with 2-stroke engines to encourage its efficiency. This gives the engine more horsepower overall and a very responsive feel.
